We specialize in the technical side of digital marketing. We are not a creative agency; you would not turn to us for a rebranding or come up with a new slogan or company mission statement. What Makes Rank Harvest Different?
As said before, it’s because we handle each customer as a custom project. One of the easiest ways to make money in digital marketing is to push all customers through the same assembly line, regardless of their individual needs. No different than an assembly line building cars, the agency will get extremely efficient at reducing costs at each station. But this comes at the cost of neglecting the individual needs of the customer.
We try to find the right balance. While pushing customer’s projects through an assembly line is the worst way to do marketing, there’s nothing wrong with looking for places to cut costs in ways that benefit both the agency and customer. For example, we outsource certain low-level, repetitive tasks that are the same for each client, and share the savings with our customers.
But other tasks, like content writing for example, are very customized. A customer with a small or new website needs pages of content in order to start getting SEO traction. While another customer, who already has a 10,000 page site isn’t going to benefit from new content in the same way and the customer’s budget might be better utilized on a different task.
The result is our customers get a custom marketing service with a bit of cost savings when appropriate.
