This is remote work, you can be located anywhere in the world!
At Rank Harvest, Account Managers handle customer communication, develop monthly SEO strategies, and create requirements for the in-house fulfillment team to complete. It is the responsibility of the Account Manager to follow up on progress as needed throughout the month, solve problems, communicate frequently with clients via email and Zoom, and generate monthly summary and rank reports. And of course, keeping customers happy.
Account Managers are not required to generate sales leads or do outreach.
Requirements:
- Agency experience is required
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 3+ years professional SEO experience
- Expert-level on-page/off-page/technical SEO skills
- Expert knowledge in Ahrefs/SEMRush, other SEO platforms
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business
Responsibilities:
- Understand the individual needs of each customer
- Create SEO strategies based on their needs
- Generate requirements for fulfillment team
- Ensure projects are progressing on time and quality
- Frequent communication with clients
- Analyze data and and generate reports
