Virtual Concierge – Metaverse Job

Metaverse job! Get paid to work in the metaverse! Rank Harvest owns premium virtual real estate in Decentraland. Our current building will soon be replaced with a multi-story interactive experience meant to delight walk-in traffic and initiate newcomers to the wonders of the metaverse! We need a team member on site to greet and educate people who visit.

Come to work each day in your best avatar wearing Rank Harvest-branded fashion ready to greet visitors with a smile. Answer questions about how the metaverse works, NFTs, virtual property – and of course, how Rank Harvest can help establish their brand in this exciting new space.

Responsibilities for Virtual Concierge

• Meet and greet visitors to the Rank Harvest virtual property
• Answer a wide variety of questions about the metaverse
• Describe Rank Harvest’s digital marketing offerings, both web 3.0 and legacy internet
• Collect contact (lead) information from people who express interest
• Join weekly meetings with other Rank Harvest team members
• Stay current with metaverse news and technology

Requirements for Virtual Concierge

• Fluent written and spoken English (native not required)
• Proficient in all things metaverse – NFT, virtual property, cryptocurrency, dApps…
• Computer with adequate memory, processing, high quality webcam and microphone
• High-speed and stable internet connectivity
• Experience in the metaverse or similar gaming environments

• Customer support / customer interface experience
